How to enable Remote Play to be used Together
The feature of streaming games through the Steam doesn’t come turned on by default.
To do this:
- Open the settings of the Steam;
- Go to the Remote Play;
- Check the box to Enable the Remote Play;
This option enables the streaming of games from your library to other devices, such as computers, mobile phones, Steam, Link, smart tvs, in addition to the Remote Play to be used Together.
How do I know if a game is compatible
Before you invite someone else to play with, it is important for you to know if the game you want is compatible with the feature. According to Steam, the service works with more than 4000 games, great titles such as eFootball FEET in 2020, after the events of Tekken 7 , and the Rocket League.

How do I invite a friend to play with
To invite someone to play a game using the feature is simple, and you don’t even need to get out of the game. If you are the host, you just need to have the game installed on your computer, a good connection to handle the transmission of the data, and then follow the steps below.
- Open up the Steam Overlay (shift+tab by default);
- Open up your list of friends;
- Click with the right mouse button on the nickname of the person you want to invite;
- And then, on the menu, and then choose Remote Play to be used Together;
The person will be notified of the request. Just have it accept it for the gameplay to start.
How to set up the controls for the mouse/keyboard
By default, it shares your keyboard and mouse to your PC is when you are logged in, if you are playing a game with a joystick.
But do not worry, because the input devices will only work inside of Steam. A person does not have access to or control of the other programs on your computer.
If you also connect the control to the computer, it will automatically be available in your game, as if it were connected directly to your computer.
